What we collect

We collect your email address through Google Sign-In for account authentication. We also collect and store the manga pages you upload, translation results, and usage counters such as pages translated and quota consumption.

Where it lives

Your pages and translations are stored on our infrastructure and are not shared with third parties except the payment processor (Stripe) and the model serving that powers translation.

We use PostHog to record server-side errors so we can find and fix failures. Those reports contain the technical details of the error, the API path it happened on, and your account identifier — never your email address, and never the content of your pages or translations.

Deletion

You can delete individual chapters, or a whole series and everything in it, from your library at any time — deletion removes the stored files as well as the records, and cannot be undone. You can also ask us to delete your content and account entirely at support@mangalocale.com; we honor deletion requests within 30 days.

Training

Your content is never used to train models. We use only your data to deliver the translation service and improve our own infrastructure performance.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for sign-in only. We do not use ad trackers, analytics cookies beyond what is necessary for service operation, or other third-party tracking mechanisms.
